Parents are amazing people who sacrifice much for their children. They get up early, make meals, shop, work, run a taxi service & sometimes ignore their own goals & health.
Reason #1 for Parents to join their children is to have HEALTHY GOALS for themselves.
Parents benefit from physical exercise. Martial arts include balance, cardio, stretching & strength training. Studies have shown the power of the environment. Most people do better in a formal exercise/fitness class than on their own.
Reason # 2 for Parents to train in our program is to improve their OWN health.
Parents enjoy meeting other Parents with similar interests & often make lifelong friends in the process. Parents understand putting their children’s needs ahead of their own. Never apologize or feel guilty for making time for YOU to become your best version of yourself.
Reason # 3 for Parents to join our classes is to join a strong support group. Helping them to appreciate others who are in similar situations. Parents meet families with like interests.
